“Eika” starts apartment reservations in the “Mėta 3” apartment building in Santariškės

 

The “Mėta 3” apartment building has 30 apartments designed, the area of ​​which ranges from 28 to 102 square meters. The residents of the first floor of this building will have individual entrances to the apartments, and on the upper floor, apartments are designed over two floors with roof terraces, where residents will be able to spend warm evenings and admire the views of Verkiai Park. The price of new apartments in this building ranges from 5,200 to 5,800 litas per square meter.

 

“We made the decision to start reserving apartments before we start construction because we receive a lot of calls from interested customers every day,” says Valdas Kaulinis, director of UAB “Santariškių namai”.

 

This year, at least 10 million litas are planned to be invested in the development of the project “Santariškės namai”. The group of companies “Eika”, which began development in Santariškės in 2005, has already built 45 houses, housing over 800 families, and the shopping center “Ikiukas”. It is planned that by the end of 2015, about 250 more apartments will be built in the settlement “Santariškės namai”.
