Euromoney recognizes Eika as the best real estate development company in Lithuania for the third time

 

“For the third time, we have become the best real estate development company in Lithuania. I think this only confirms that we are moving in the right direction in developing our projects. This award is not only recognition, but also an obligation to continue the traditions of developing high-quality, long-lasting projects,” said Domas Dargis, Development Director of UAB “Eika”.

 

The prestigious awards are given by Euromoney based on the opinions of international real estate development and construction companies, consultancies, financial institutions and investors. The London-based magazine conducted its sixth real estate company assessment survey. According to the organizers, this year a record number of participants competed for the title of the best real estate development company.

 

“Even in difficult times, we worked intensively – we built residential buildings “Vivulskio namai”, “Parko rezidencija”, we continued the development of the settlement in Pilaitė, “Santariškių namai”, which won the award for the best residential construction project in Lithuania in 2009. I am pleased that our work has been recognized not only in local but also in international elections,” says D. Dargis.

 

According to Euromoney, UAB Eika was recognized as the best real estate development company in Lithuania in 2008 and 2007.
