The nature clean-up campaign “DAROM10” was a success

On Saturday, employees of UAB “Eika” participated in the “Darom10” campaign and cleaned the residential areas of Naujoji Pilaitė and Santariškės. During the nature clean-up campaign, forests and common areas near settlements were cleaned up. Employees of UAB “Eika” are happy with the fun campaign, thanks to which people did not remain indifferent to the environment around them and actively participated in the project.

 

UAB “Eika” is participating in the cleaning campaign for the second year. “This year, we are pleased to see that much less garbage was found in the territories we cleaned in Nauja Pilaitė and Santariškės than last year. I hope that in a few years, during the “We Do” campaign, we will not go out to clean up, but to admire nature,” says Vitalija Rutkauskaitė, Marketing Manager of UAB “Eika”.

 

UAB “Eika”, which cleaned up the environment of Naujoji Pilaitė, as last year, invited the volunteers to the restaurant “Forto dvaras” in the shopping center “Pupa” to enjoy cepelinai, while the volunteers from Santariškės gathered for a picnic. It was a great opportunity to enjoy the cleaned up environment, chat, get to know the new neighbors, and spend a productive Saturday afternoon.
