Klaipėda businessmen started work at the Baltic Business Center

Last Thursday, October 29, the Klaipėda Baltic Business Center officially opened. Over 70 percent of the premises in the new business center have been reserved and 8 companies have already settled there.

The Baltic Business Center is home to UAB Meškos baldai, a furniture retailer, Neida, a decoration goods store, Cis-Cargo, a railway transport service provider, A22 architectural firm, UAB Lamberta, IĮ Europola, and other companies that have not only purchased but also acquired offices through simple or leaseback methods.

At the opening ceremony of the business center, the settlers, project contractors and other attendees were greeted by Domas Dargis, Development Director of the Eika Group of Companies, who not only rejoiced at another successful EIKA project in the Klaipėda region, but also praised the settlers’ enthusiasm for not stopping in searching for new solutions.

“The fact that most of the business center was already occupied at the time of opening shows that interest in attractive premises remains high even in difficult times, and that companies’ work does not stop, and entrepreneurs are planning for the future,” he said.
