SEB financing for EIKA projects


SEB Bank has granted an additional 12.8 million litas credit to the real estate development company Eika, which will be used for the final construction works of the Baltic Business Center in Klaipėda and the residential building Parko rezidencija in Vilnius.    

The largest bank in Lithuania, SEB, has granted an additional 12.8 million litas credit to the real estate development company Eika, which will be used for the final construction works of the Baltic Business Center in Klaipėda and the residential building “Parko rezidencija” in Vilnius, as well as to finance the working capital of the company Eika.. SEB Bank also extended the repayment period of short-term loans of the company “Eika” for one year.
  
The Baltic Business Center, being built in Klaipėda (Baltijos pr. 12A), will offer its clients 2,030 sq. m. of premises. A third of them will be occupied by retail space. premises, and the remaining area is occupied by offices.
 
The residential building “Parko rezidencija” is being built on K. Donelaičio Street in Vilnius, near Vingis Park.  According to the project, 15 apartments for sale will be installed, with a total area of ​​1,509 sq. meters.
