Ecological open days at the Santariškių namų settlement


A consortium of real estate development company “Eika”, investment real estate project development company “Hanner” and bank SEB is launching the open house of the low-rise settlement “Santariškių namai”.

A consortium of real estate development company “Eika”, investment real estate project development company “Hanner” and bank SEB is launching the open house of the low-rise settlement “Santariškių namai”. Their opening event will take place this Saturday, October 18. According to the organizers, the month-and-a-half-long open house will be distinguished by the fact that visiting clients will be presented with a comprehensive and competitive package, which includes financing, housing prices and additional offers.
 
During the open house event, which will take place throughout Saturday, guests and journalists who come with their families will have the opportunity to view fully equipped demonstration apartments. Those who arrive will be able to try out a Segway – an ecological, innovative means of transport and ride a specially designed route through the beautifully landscaped existing settlement and the territory of the settlement under construction. The Segway trip will help you get acquainted with the settlement’s development plans, see the advantages of low-rise buildings and the settlement’s environment. Those who wish will be able to participate in Segway competitions – prizes await the fastest ones. During the event, children will ride Segways on a specially equipped site.
 
The opening press conference of the event will take place at 12:00, and the journalists’ Segway slalom competition will take place at 13:00.
 
“Santariškių namai” is located next to Verkiai Regional Park. For many residents of European cities, it would seem a real miracle that one can see a landscape of amazing natural beauty and rich historical and cultural value in a city. In this state-protected area surrounded by the city, a surprisingly large amount of natural nature has still survived: forests occupy about 77% of the park’s territory.
