Live Square business centre with Hilton Garden Inn hotel
The Live Square business center with the Hilton Garden Inn Vilnius City Centre hotel, built in the center of Vilnius, was formed as a multifunctional complex for administrative, commercial and accommodation purposes. The business center, covering more than 6,400 sq. m, meets the requirements for A-class office buildings, and its lower floors house a shopping gallery with premises for everyday services and dining.
The hotel, part of the complex, occupies about 7,000 sq. m and is aimed at city visitors and business clients. The building contains 164 rooms, conference facilities, a gym and a rooftop terrace. Architectural and interior solutions were chosen with regard to the central urban environment and the building’s functions, enabling smooth operation of the building’s various functional parts within a single complex.
