Residential complex in Karaliaučiaus str.

In Vilnius, in the Pilaitė district on Karaliaučiaus Street, a multi‑apartment residential complex has been developed, formed as a residential quarter. The project was developed in stages, consistently adjusting the building layout and public space solutions to achieve a clear territorial structure and convenient everyday use. The quarter will be home to 385 families.

An enclosed courtyard of approximately 35 ares (about 3,500 m²) has been created within the residential area for residents’ rest and leisure. A private kindergarten operates in one of the buildings, supplementing the quarter’s daily services. Adjacent transport infrastructure has been upgraded – sidewalks, bicycle lanes and an intersection have been constructed. The quarter’s structure is complemented by a commercial building with a convenience store and a separate car parking system. The complex also includes separate apartment buildings with 1–4‑room apartments, balconies or terraces, designed for functional urban living.
