In Vilnius, in the Žirmūnai district on Tuskulėnai Street, a complex of seven apartment buildings with an underground car park was built. The project was carried out on a 1.3-hectare site that had previously been occupied by industrial buildings. In their place a cohesive residential environment was created with inner courtyards and clearly separated residential and transport areas.
The complex consists of A and A+ energy-class buildings housing apartments of various sizes, from one- to four-room units, with balconies or terraces. The majority of parking spaces were planned for the underground lot, while some are above ground.
