The buildings feature high energy efficiency, allowing for reduced operating costs and ensuring comfortable living conditions.
A spacious underground parking garage has been installed beneath the entire complex. The project was implemented as a residential development suited for permanent living in the city center, combining functional planning with contemporary construction solutions.
