Panevėžys Infectious Diseases Hospital

The Panevėžys Infectious Diseases Hospital project includes the construction of a new infectious diseases hospital building in Panevėžys. The building is designed to be five stories with a basement, with a total area of about 7,000 sq. m.

The new five-story building will house departments for admissions and emergency care, hemodialysis, tuberculosis, diagnostics and patient isolation, as well as an operating theater, a laboratory, and inpatient treatment wards. The project includes an intensive care and resuscitation unit for patients with infectious diseases, allowing all diagnostic and treatment processes to be carried out in a single building. The building will incorporate specialized engineering solutions — air filtration systems, negative pressure rooms, easy-to-clean surfaces, and antibacterial coatings designed for working with dangerous infectious diseases and during emergency situations.
