The Jasinskio 2 Business Centre will be located at J. Jasinskio Street 2, near Tauras Hill, one of the city’s most recognised landmarks for both residents and tourists. This A++ energy-class building will seamlessly blend into the cityscape, symbolising the revitalisation of an important business area.

• The building will have 6 floors and two levels of underground parking.
• The leasable area will total more than 7,700 sq. meters.
• The business centre will feature advanced humidification, ventilation, heating, and lighting systems to ensure comfortable conditions for employees and guests.
• Its construction is following the international BREEAM sustainable building standard.

The architect for the business center is Saulius Pamerneckis.

He is the CEO of “SP Architektų Grupė”, a member of the Vilnius Regional Architectural Council (RAT), member of Vilnius Architectural-Urban Expert Council, and an expert at the Lithuanian Research Council, and a certified architect (No A424).

Additionally, Saulius Pamerneckis has lectured Architecture at Vilnius Tech University since 2005, supervising student theses.
