About us

Founded in 1993, EIKA Group has accumulated a wide range of experience in real estate development and management. Our story began with renovation works, a retail store for building materials, and the construction of individual homes and the first-ever cottages in Lithuania. Eventually, it grew into developing skyscrapers for businesses and entire residential neighbourhoods. Today, alongside our core activity of real estate development, we also develop new technology, invest in reorienting all operations to achieve maximum sustainability, produce solar energy, provide accommodation services, manage investment funds, and invest abroad.
